These Terms form an electronic agreement between you and Orbitmotion Services LLP for the Karigar Zone website, mobile/WebView app and related services. By registering, accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Karigar Zone helps karigars, helpers, contractors, subcontractors, builders, architects, interior professionals, employers, businesses and other users discover work, workers, services and professional content through its feeds, search, Portfolio, Bharti, KZ, KZF, KN, Pagardar, TZ Network and related features.
Karigar Zone is primarily a technology platform and is not an employer, recruiter, contractor, agent or representative of a user. Users independently decide identity checks, work scope, skill, wages, price, payment, timing, licences and safety. Separately, where expressly requested and confirmed directly, Orbitmotion Services LLP may provide limited offline contractor-related support such as call-based verification, physical visits, arranging a physical site visit, or labour-supply coordination. We do not guarantee work, hiring, response, payment, quality or completion.
2. Eligibility, Registration and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.
You must provide accurate name, mobile number, email, city, work role and other requested information and keep it current.
You are responsible for your password, permitted device sessions and all activity through your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access.
You may not impersonate another person, misuse another person's number, or create deceptive or duplicate accounts.
Features may depend on approval, verification, account status, role, city, post limits or security controls.
A “verified” label means only that selected information was reviewed under our then-current process. It is not a guarantee of identity, skill, honesty, solvency, conduct or work quality.
3. Posts, Profiles and User Content
You remain responsible for text, images, videos, portfolio items, job requirements, phone numbers, comments, chats and other content you submit. You confirm that it is lawful, accurate, relevant, non-infringing, and that you have all required permissions.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, compress, translate, display and distribute that content only as reasonably required to operate, secure, improve and promote Karigar Zone. You retain ownership of your content.
We may approve, format, group, label, limit, reject, make inactive, hide or remove content that is expired, duplicate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, technically harmful or inconsistent with these Terms. We may also display selected listings, business announcements or promotional content with a clear “Sponsored” or similar label. Sponsored content may be shown separately from regular user listings where reasonably practicable.
4. Contact, Social and Notification Features
WA, Call, chat, follow, like, share and notification features are for genuine work-related and platform use. Phone or WhatsApp links may open third-party applications. Contact access may use login checks, quotas, cooldowns and rate limits.
Notifications may include follows, likes, followed-user activity, moderation, account blocks/unblocks, admin messages and sponsored notices. Delivery, sound and background alerts depend on device, browser and network settings and are not guaranteed.
Do not scrape, collect, sell, publish, spam or misuse another user's phone number or profile data, and do not bypass limits using automation, multiple accounts, devices or modified links.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
Post false work, scams, unlawful or discriminatory material, malware, deceptive payment requests or content violating another person's rights.
Harass, threaten, defraud or repeatedly contact users without a genuine requirement.
Use bots, crawlers or scripts to extract data, or attack, overload, reverse engineer or bypass authentication, rate limits and security controls.
Copy, resell or commercially exploit our software, database, branding or platform content without written permission.
Share passwords, financial credentials, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive personal information in public posts or chat.
6. Work, Safety and User Disputes
Before working, hiring or paying, independently verify identity, skills, licences, address, worksite, safety conditions and payment terms. Users are responsible for applicable labour laws, wages, taxes, insurance, permits, workplace safety and written agreements.
Disputes between users must be resolved by those users. We may review reports, moderate content and provide records where legally permitted, but are not obliged to mediate or compensate either party.
7. Sponsored Content and Offline Service Requests
Karigar Zone may display selected listings, business announcements, advertisements or promotional content with a clear “Sponsored”, “Promoted” or similar label. Sponsored content is intended to be identifiable and may be displayed separately from regular user listings where reasonably practicable.
The Karigar Zone mobile/WebView app does not provide an in-app payment facility for purchasing app features, contact access, subscriptions, post boosts, listing priority or other digital benefits.
Where a person or business separately contacts Orbitmotion Services LLP for verification assistance, a physical or in-person visit, arranging or facilitating a physical site visit, labour-supply coordination, or another offline contractor-related service, the scope, availability and any service arrangement will be discussed directly before work begins. No payment is collected inside the Karigar Zone app.
8. Intellectual Property
Karigar Zone's name, logos, interface, code, compilation, graphics and original content belong to Orbitmotion Services LLP or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Third-Party Services
The platform may link to WhatsApp, telephone, maps, email or external websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control their availability, charges, content or conduct.
10. Restriction, Suspension and Deletion
We may rate-limit contacts, make posts inactive, block features, suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, users may be notified and given a way to contact us.
You may request account deletion from the account page or through our contact details. Limited records may be retained for fraud prevention, disputes, legal duties, security and backup cycles as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service and user content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that listings are complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitmotion Services LLP will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost work, income, data or reputation, user conduct, payment disputes, injury, fraud or reliance on a listing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Orbitmotion Services LLP against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.
13. Privacy and Changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these Terms when the platform, security or law changes. Material changes may be notified through the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service and request account closure.
14. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable law, courts at Rajkot, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
